Q. Do you pro-rate?

A. We are happy to pro-rate for things like maternity leave. Or if you stumble upon Soothe mid session and want to join us and we have space available. Please reach out to us directly so that we can discuss. Contact me.

Q.can i get a refund?

A. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds. However, we are happy to extend a credit that you can use toward a future session. Please reach out to us directly here.

Q. Do you have a sick policy? 

A. We all want our babes to stay safe and healthy. As a general rule, if you or your child has had a runny nose or fever within 24 hours, cough or any other illnesses, please consider staying home and resting up for the next class. Our space is cleaned between each and every session to ensure we fight those germs. 

Q. Do you offer make-up classes?

A. Because each Soothe session is a set number of weeks, we aren't able to offer make-up classes at this time.
