Find Soothe

Fall Soothe (First-time parents, 2nd time, 3rd time, and more). We are in this together. This is our time to blossom, as your babes grow so will we; emotionally, mentally, relationally  & physically. It’s parallel growth and change. During Fall Soothe’s 10 sessions, Tuesdays @ 10 expect support as we play with the highs & lows of parenting. Normalizing depression, isolation, and anxiety while we develop concrete tools to use for daily practice during the lows. Developmental guidance, community building, sensory play, mama mediations, baby signing, self-care, and more. Imagine soothing the caregiver who is Soothing the baby. Plenty of opportunities for self-acceptance, community adoration & friendships. Plus a closing costume party!!!
